Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups flour
  2. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. Flax gel (mix 1 tablespoon flax seed meal with 2 tablespoons warm water and let sit for a few minutes)
  6. Lemon zest and juice from 1 1/2 lemons - puréed, slice remaining as garnish
  7. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  8. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  9. 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
  10. 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Combined dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into 9 x 9 Square or circular pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
