Vanilla cake
Makes barely enough for 12 cupcakes
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or gluten free flour blend
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350° for 20 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
