Ingredients
  1. 1 pound ground pork (or ground venison mixed with pork)
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  4. 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  7. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  8. 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  9. 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
Instructions
  1. Mix well. A stand mixer helps!
  2. Form patties and pan fry or oven bake.
